Its early Morning 11.30 am , oh yes that’s how we say early morning for an advertising professional who spent sleepless night on making proposal for client & most of the time proposal just remain as proposal .It takes 8 to 10 meeting to convert a proposal to a fruitful deal .Well lets come to the point – Meeting was scheduled with Sobha developer Real estate Marketing representative who is one of the best guy in team who make sure he always get a different activation than his counterpart . After a complete brief from client we were amazed to see a new concept .

Challenge

Challenge is to execute a complete fresh Idea in lesser budget which is almost 40 % budget of usual activation happens in Big hotel Lobby .Challenge is to making people aware about this concept , Getting them to the venue & converting a prospective leads to sales .

The Idea

As the target audience was very clear IT professional & Marketing strategy should be very niche based on geographical location which is Bellandur outer Ring road . So We decided to take up RMZ ECO SPACE IT park food court as our Marketing channel to promote the concept .RMZ eco space ( pri tec park ) which has more than 50k professional working under 1 roof & food court having footfall of more than 2k everyday is our battlefield to execute this campaign.

Traditionally we always have executed activation which is Stand Alone or Brand Expo , Now this time it’s a fusion of Both .Stand Alone Activation with flavour of exhibition – yes that’s what fun about it .Sobha Developer showcasing their all projects under one roof . Brandland Way for Real estate

Challenge was accepted well ,by our team to execute the complete idea right way , We started with pre promotion at targeted location 1 week before the event day . Display canter driving around at targeted location catching more than 10,000 eye ball grabbing per day , standee placement at each blocks of Pritec food court , On ground flyer distribution at entrance & exit of offices more than 10,000 flyer has been distributed to IT professionals.

Micky mouse character , Look walker attracting the prospective leads to the Sobha Hut ,registration Desk to welcome the customer with a big backdrop to with welcome message .
