- The activation will be conducted only after receiving written approval from the mall management. All activities must strictly adhere to the guidelines, rules, and regulations prescribed by the mall authorities.
- The activation will be limited to the approved area and for the approved dates and time slots only. Any extension or change in space or duration will require prior written approval from mall management.
- All branding materials, kiosks, standees, and display units must be pre-approved by the mall management. No wall pasting, drilling, or permanent fixtures are permitted.
- Promoters and staff must be professionally dressed, well-groomed, and courteous. Misbehavior, aggressive selling, or solicitation is not allowed.
- Power requirements must be informed in advance. Any additional power usage will be charged as per mall norms. Unauthorized connections are strictly prohibited.
- Activation charges must be paid in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling is subject to mall cancellation policies, and refunds (if any) will be at the discretion of the mall management.
